Power fears losing power because power is not happy. Power lives in angst, dread, paranoia. It is ever-watchful for anything that may cause it to lose control. As such, the only value power cares about is the maintenance of power and increasing efficiency of same. Since inventive, creative people are always seen as a potential threat to power maintenance, controlling what and how people think is a central concern. Obviously it is known by power interests that people living under stress and duress become acclimated to it and come to regard their miserable condition as "normal" and therefore generally accept control more readily. The more that the great masses of people also live in fear and dread, akin to their captors, the less inventive/creative they are likely to be.

The only cure for this overarching dread-disease, self-imprisoned humanity, is the very same thing that a single person might do if they found themselves living in misery and were able to discern self as cause. The ultimate relationship we all have, the only one that really matters, is our relationship to reality itself-- in its' most immediate and intimate form, it is the relationship we have with our own body and mind. Simply put, all human social problems, all our interactive miseries, is a result of individual failure to pull our head out of our own ass. My guess is that it is not at all a stretch to say that only an infinitesimal percentage of us actually set about this task.

Instead, we get caught up in external illusion, that the sickness of greater humanity means we must do something about it, and if we don't, it means that we don't care. It's a vicious, self-perpetuating circle where we wind up believing that cause lies elsewhere and not with self. We put our fists in the air and set about to "fight the power". This only strengthens the illusion and mires us deeper into it.

A liberator appears amongst us and what do we do? We crush them. It's a very strange thing.

so much evil was birthed and rooted in the years after the Civil War in America and around the world, and we in modern times are all chained in the manacles forged by the oligarchs. They have succeeded gloriously in creating the society they wanted where the masses are stupidly subservient to their very whims and they are now finishing what they started with their eugenics and progressive policies, free from any moral restraint, for why should they be restrained? They believe themselves to be gods, higher beings than we mere mortals with the right to wrench control of the earth from Heaven and remake it in their own image according to their own whims.

and yet Morgan, Rockefeller, Roosevelt, Wilson and all their ilk are all now dead and gone, their bodies rotting to dust within their graves. We are still living with the misery they created for humanity but they themselves? Where now is all their money, all their wealth, all their power and prestige, all their so called brilliance? In the hands of others while they themselves are nothing more than dirt and memory. The futility of human ambition on clear display. Infamous but not immortal, consigned to the dustbin of history as only a name or a paragraph in a text book. OH yes, their legacy of evil lives on, their heirs benefiting for a time from their forebear's evil works, but the forebears themselves? They could not take any of it with them and now they stand in eternity and find to their horror (and likely hatred) that they were not what they thought they were and that they themselves were lied to and deceived by the Father of Lies himself who himself is also self deluded and slated for judgement.

But this is just one of many stories of the last evil that was nurtured in those decades in the late 1800's and early 1900's. So much misery and woe and death fostered by evil men and propagated across the world like a creeping miasma to every corner of the world; the cumulative results of humanity's rot at its heart, the desire to wrench control of creation from the Creation, to refuse to give Him the honor He deserves and the futile attempts to wrest control from Him for itself. Romans chapter 1 brought to life before our very eyes.
